How do I become a Calimatic partner?

Simply fill out our application form with your details and promotion plan. Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you'll receive access to your partner dashboard and can start earning commissions immediately.

What commission rates can I earn?

Commission rates range from 15% to 30% depending on your tier. New partners start at Bronze (15%) and can progress to Diamond (30%) as they generate more conversions. You also earn recurring commissions on subscription renewals.

How and when do I get paid?

We process payouts via Stripe Connect. Once your available balance reaches $50, you can request a payout. Commissions have a 30-day holdback period before becoming available to account for potential refunds.

What products can I promote?

You can promote any of our three main products: EdTech Platform (learning management system), Command Center (operations management), and Workspaces (project collaboration). Each product has its own tracking links and marketing materials.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Calimatic Partner Program. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate and partner program. By joining the Calimatic Partner Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Calimatic ("we," "us," or "our") operates this partner program to enable qualified individuals and businesses ("Partners," "you," or "your") to earn commissions by referring customers to our products and services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Calimatic Partner Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid email address and provide accurate registration information
Own or operate a website, blog, social media account, or other digital platform
Not be a direct competitor of Calimatic
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotional practices

3. Program Enrollment

Your application to join the Calimatic Partner Program is subject to our approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may also terminate your participation at any time if you violate these Terms.

Upon approval, you will receive access to your partner dashboard, unique referral links, and marketing materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Commission Structure

Partners earn commissions based on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral links. Commission rates vary by tier and product:

Bronze Tier: 15% on initial sales, 10% on recurring
Silver Tier: 20% on initial sales, 15% on recurring
Gold Tier: 25% on initial sales, 20% on recurring
Diamond Tier: 30% on initial sales, 25% on recurring

Tier upgrades are based on conversion volume and revenue thresholds as specified in your partner dashboard.

5. Cookie Duration and Attribution

Referrals are tracked using cookies with duration based on your tier level (30-90 days). The last-click attribution model is used, meaning if a customer clicks multiple partner links, the last partner to refer them receives the commission.

6. Payment Terms

Commissions are subject to a 30-day holdback period to account for refunds and chargebacks. Payments are processed monthly for partners who have:

A minimum balance of $50 USD
A connected and verified Stripe account
Complied with all program terms

Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

Partners agree NOT to:

Use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive practices to promote Calimatic
Bid on Calimatic brand keywords in paid advertising
Create fake reviews or testimonials
Self-refer or use multiple accounts to generate commissions
Misrepresent our products, services, or pricing
Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

Calimatic grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for promoting our products within the program. You may not modify these materials or use them in any way that could harm our reputation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

You must immediately stop using all Calimatic marketing materials
Pending commissions that have cleared the holdback period will be paid
Unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold may be forfeited
We reserve the right to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent means

10. Limitation of Liability

Calimatic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the partner program. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your partner dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
